By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, monitor settings may cause variations. We recommend ordering samples before purchasing full rolls.
By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend consulting with a professional installer to confirm quantities. We are not liable for shortages or overages resulting from calculator estimates.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, wallpaper patterns, and software, is the property of Wall Style Innovations Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By uploading photos to the Wallpaper Stylist, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the image for the purpose of providing room analysis and recommendations. You retain all ownership rights to your photos. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calgary Wallpaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calgary Wallpaper, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
